From the living area, you have direct access to terraces on both sides of the house, allowing you to enjoy the sun throug­hout the day. One of the terraces is covered, providing a charming setting for long, warm summer evenings. The house also includes a neat bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet and at­tra­cti­ve area, known as Marielyst Ferieby. Within a short distance from the house, you’ll find excellent fa­ci­li­ties for both children and adults – including a sandbox for the little ones, a large play­gro­und with a bouncy cushion, climbing frames, swings, and slides, as well as tennis courts for the active ones. All fa­ci­li­ties are freely ac­ces­sib­le, offering op­portu­ni­ties for both play and re­laxa­tion in a beautiful natural setting.

The holiday home enjoys a fantastic location just 700 meters from the water, with direct access to the beach – perfect for long walks and relaxing days by the sea. Shopping is easy, with Lupin­tor­vets Grocery Store only about 500 meters away, and within a short walk you’ll find Kjørups Square (around 400 meters) with a re­stau­rant, grill, and ice cream stand. Marielyst town center is just a few ki­lo­me­ters away, offering charming cafés, and acti­vi­ties for the whole family.
