Close to a lovely sand beach, you will find this cozy and well-maintained holiday home for the small family, located on a beautiful natural plot. The house includes the following: Cozy living room, furnished with good furniture and wood stove. Lovely and well-functioning kitchen with dishwasher. Lovely bathroom with shower. The house has two cozy bedrooms: a room with a double bed and a room with two single beds. Highchairs are available, as well as Playstation 2 and internet.
Outdoor
The house is located on a large natural plot, where there is plenty of space to play or ball games. When you need to relax, you can throw yourself in a hammock or sun lounger while listening to nature's relaxing sounds. The house also has a nice and covered terrace area, with garden furniture and grill, where you can gather for the meals.
Location
The house is located in a scenic and very child-friendly area, close to good beach. The beach at Øer is known for the shallow water and sandbanks that provide good bathing and fishing conditions. If you need to get out and move, Øerstien is recommended, which is a five-kilometer-long path that goes through varied nature areas - across bridges and canals. At Øer Maritime, there are opportunities for daily shopping. It is not far to Ebeltoft City and the many exciting activities that Ebeltoft offers. Visit the small cozy shops or take a walk through the cobbled streets with the small cafes. Djursland/Mols offers many sights and tourist attractions. For example Djurs Sommerland, where there are roller coasters for young and old, or visit Ree-park where it is possible to get really close to the wild animals.
