In connection with the living room is the beautiful and functional kitchen with appliances. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating, spa bath, shower, washing machine, dryer and access to sauna. In addition, there is a guest toilet with sink. The house has three good bedrooms with double beds. For the little holiday guests there is a highchair. There is a heating pump in the house as well as internet.
Outdoor
The house is located on a lovely plot and surrounded by several terraces, both open and covered with good garden furniture and grill. Here you have the opportunity to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. There is also a sandbox, swings and slide for the children.
Location
The house is located in popular holiday area, close to the beach and in scenic surroundings. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, sandbanks and rich in bird life. The beach is in some places pure sandy beach and in other places it can be a bit mixed. Not far from the house you will find Øer Maritime Ferieby, where it is possible to make the daily purchases and otherwise there are approx. 10 min drive to Ebeltoft, where you will find many cozy shops and restaurants. Here you can also visit Det Gamle Rådhus and the Glass Museum. From the house there is a small hour's drive to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland with activities for both young and old, which is definitely worth a visit for the whole family.
