Interior
Close to a really good beach, you will find this beautiful and well-maintained holiday home. The house contains the following: Beautiful bright living room, cosily furnished with good furniture, wood stove and heat pump with cooling system. Lovely kitchen with appliances and dishwasher. There is also an extra fridge and freezer available. Two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, as well as a separate room with spa bath and access to sauna. The beds are divided into 4 good bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds. There are also two good mattresses on the loft. Utility room with sink, washing machine and dryer.
It is possible to watch your own TV and streaming services via the house's Chromecast/Apple TV and your own mobile/tablet.
Outdoor
The house is located on a lovely natural plot with a good lawn, suitable for play and ball games. There is also a trampoline on the plot. The house has a covered terrace with good garden furniture. From the house there are approx. a 5 min walk to the beach.
Location
Elsegårde Strand is a cozy and very child-friendly area. The beach can be a bit mixed in some places, but mostly with beach sand and flower-covered beach meadow. From the beach there is a view to the small island Hjelm. All the way along the coast there are good opportunities for fishing and is a very popular area for anglers. The house is about 9 km from Ebeltoft City with the many exciting activities and sights. Visit the old town hall and the Glass Museum, or take a walk in the old cobbled streets with the crooked houses and hollyhocks. The house is not far from Ree-Park and there is a good half hour drive to one of the largest rides in the Nordics, Djurs Sommerland.
