The entire house has been beautifully and tastefully renovated in 2022. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful green kitchen, which is openly connected to a large and stylish family room with a dining area on one side and a living room with TV and relaxing furniture on the other side. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and chat with your family in both the living room and family room. From the family room and living room there are also great views of the sea. On the ground floor there are 2 good bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed with 2 beds, a lovely bathroom with shower and a hallway. There is a Sonos sound system in the kitchen, family room and living room, where there is also a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. On the first floor there is a lovely activity room with billiards and table football and a single bed. From the balcony there is a panoramic view of Aarhus Bay from Samsø to Risskov to Egå. In addition, there is a bedroom on the first floor with room for three people.

Outdoor
The house is located high on Skødshoved on a lovely plot with a beautiful view of Aarhus Bay. It is approx. 500 metres to the blue flag beach, restaurant, ice cream parlour and the marina. There are several viewing terraces and a balcony, so there are plenty of opportunities to find a nook with sun and shelter. Here you can enjoy life while young and old alike frolic on the lawn with games and play. The outdoor shower ensures that you can freshen up if it gets too hot. The carport provides shelter for your car while it charges with electricity.
Location
Skødshoved Strand is something very special and has a lovely maritime feel. Child-friendly beach with blue flag - good parking facilities, toilet and ice cream parlour. Enjoy the sound of ropes hitting the masts and catch crabs at the marina. Skødshoved Badehotel offers plenty of activities and delicious food and wine at the restaurant. All within walking distance from the house.
