Beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating, washer and dryer, as well as a guest toilet with sink and underfloor heating. The house has three good bedrooms: including two with double beds and a room with a bunk bed. There is internet in the house

The house is located on a beautiful sloping and well-maintained plot and surrounded by terraces in staggered plan with good garden furniture and grill. From here you have the most beautiful view of Ebeltoft Vig, where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset.
Location
The house is located in a beautiful natural area approx. 10 min drive from Ebeltoft City and in the area National Park Mols Bjerge. The area around Egsmark is very suitable for cycling and walking in the hilly terrain and very rich in wildlife. The beach at Egsmark is a child-friendly sandy beach. In Ebeltoft you can experience the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. Here you will also find the Glass Museum which is very well visited. At the harbor in Ebeltoft you will find several good shops and restaurants and here are opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. If you want excitement, you can go on a safari in Ree-park, where you can get really close to the wild animals or you can visit the Kattegat Center in Grenaa, where you can experience the great sharks. A visit to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland can also be recommended. Here you will find rides for young and old and are located approx. ½ hours drive from the house.
