Interior
Close to a lovely beach you will find this cozy and very well-maintained holiday home. The house contains a beautiful bright living room, cosily furnished and with wood stove and heat pump. From here there is access to a small and covered terrace. In connection with the living room is the functional kitchen with appliances and access to another terrace. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating and spa bath as well as washing machine. The house has three large bedrooms, including a room with a double bed, a room with a double bed and a bunk bed and a room with two single beds (can be pushed together). For the little holiday guests there is a highchair and a cot. There is internet in the house.
Outdoor
The house is located on a beautiful and well-maintained plot with a large lawn, which invites to play and ball games and outdoor activities. Here you will find both the roof, from which there is a "sea view" and open terraces with garden furniture and grill. From the house there is direct access via a path to the beautiful beach. For the little holiday guests there is a sandpit and swing.
Location
The area around Skødshoved is a fantastically beautiful nature area. The beach is a mixture of stone and sandy beach - but mostly sandy beach and with a blue flag. From the house it is not far to the small marina in Skødshoved, where there are opportunities for crab fishing from the pier. The house is about 25 km to Ebeltoft town with the many exciting tourist attractions. Here you will find the old town hall, where people come from near and far to get married. At the harbor you will find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. Here you will also find several cozy restaurants and cafés and it is possible to buy freshly caught fish every day. A visit to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland can also be recommended. Here you can try the new “Tigeren”, which is a gondola with a top speed of 100 km per hour.
