Interior
At the marina in Grenaa, you will find this beautiful and very well-maintained holiday home. Downstairs you will find the beautiful kitchen with dining area and with access to the very cozy terrace right next to the water. It is also downstairs you will find it one of the house’s bedrooms with double bed as well as bathroom with washing machine. On the first floor you will find the beautiful and very tastefully decorated living room with good furniture - also from here there is access to a beautiful terrace with the most beautiful view of the water. On the first floor you will find the house's second bedroom with double bed. There is internet in the house.
There are no TV channels in the house, but it is possible to watch your own TV and streaming services via the house's Chromecast and your own mobile/tablet.
Outdoor
The house is located about 2 meters from the water and with the most beautiful view of the marina. Here you will find a small terrace at the front door. In connection with the front door in the kitchen, you have access to the large terrace with good garden furniture and grill, which all is very nicely decorated. Here you can follow the boats to and from the marina on a warm summer evening. In the common area by the house there is a playground.
Location
The house is located on Grenaa Marina a stone's throw from the Kattegat Center. Here is filled with life throughout the summer and here are several good places to eat. Here you will also find one of East Jutland's best bathing beaches with white sand, dunes and pots. From the port there is daily sailing to Halmsted in Sweden and to Anholt. Grenaa City also offers many cozy shops and cafes and here you can also visit Museum East Jutland. From Grenaa there are approx. ½-hour drive to the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland. Here you will find Denmark's longest roller coaster with a top speed of 85 km/h.
