Here you will find an entrance hall with wardrobe space and a cozy living room with wood stove and heat pump. From here there is access to the terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. In connection with the living room is the functional kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The house's beds can be found in three good bedrooms, including a room with a double bed, and two rooms with single beds. Nice bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. There is internet in the house. Noise can occur from the Coastal Road.

The house is on a secluded plot with the most beautiful sea view. The house has a terrace with garden furniture and grill.
Location
The area Lyngsbæk Strand is a cozy and popular holiday area, which is located next to Ebeltoft Vig and a lovely sandy beach. Close by you will find the protected landscape Mols Bjerge, which invites to good nature experiences and walks. The house is about 6 km from Ebeltoft town with the cozy cobbled streets. Here you will also find the Old Town Hall, which is a popular place to get married and where many weddings are held every year. At the harbor is the Glass Museum - a leader in modern glass art. Here are also several good restaurants and small shops. In the area you will also find Ree-Park, where you can experience jeep safaris and get close to the wild animals. The house is a half-hour drive from the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and to the Norths largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
