Interior
With a completely unique location, you will find this beautiful newly built holiday house, located in the first parquet to the water. The house is built in the fall of 2018 in the best materials. The house contains a lovely bright living room, elegant furnished with nice furniture. In connection to the living room you will find the beautiful kitchen with everything in appliances. Large great bathroom with a shower and a spa-bath, as well as another bathroom, which is a little smaller but still has a shower. The sleeping places of the house is divided in four large light rooms with double beds, which can be separated into single beds. In the rooms there is wooden floor, while there in the rest of the house is tile floor. There is underfloor heating throughout the entire house, which is heated by the system air to water and therefore is cheap in consumption.
Outdoor
The house is located on a lovely nature ground with the most beautiful view to the ocean. Here you will find two lovely terraces with garden furniture and a garden grill. For the small holiday guests there will be a sandbox and a swing set.
Location
The house is located about 150 m. from a nice bathing beach in a popular area close to Ebeltoft city. The area is a lovely nature area, which is rich in bird and animal life. The beach is known by it´s shallow water and sandbanks and it is very child friendly. In the area you will find Øer Maritime Ferieby, where there are opportunities for the daily purchases. If you like biking on mountain bike bikes, you will in the area find a 13 km. long track. The house is located about a 10-minute drive from Ebeltoft city with the many activities and attractions. Here you can e.g. visit Det gamle Rådhus, where you in the summer can hear the watchmen singing by the town hall at 8 pm and 9 pm, before they start their patrol through the city streets. If you take a drive in the summer country you will come across many farm shops, which is located along the country roads. Here it is mainly fresh organic goods you can buy. In the area you will also find Ree-Park, where it is possible to get close to the wild animals. Djurs Sommerland, which is the Nordic region´s largest amusement park, is also worth a visit, and which in the season of 2019 got Denmark’s largest Gyro Swing named Tigeren, with a top speed of 100 km. per hour.
