Description
Interior
You will feel as if you have been transported back to 1978 when this house was built. Nevertheless, you will find everything you could want for a fantastic holiday home. A cosy living room with wood-burning stove, heat pump and access to the wooden terrace, where you can breathe in the scent of Helgenæs and look out over the property. The living room is open-plan to the dining area and kitchen, from where you can access the stone-tiled terrace via an old stable door. The barbecue is also located here. Of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed, two others with sofa beds and a bathroom.
Outdoor
The plot is level all around the house and is therefore ideal for fun outdoor activities. The detached conservatory can be used as a windbreak or shelter. The house is almost completely surrounded by terraces.
Location
Helgenæs is an enchanting place with its rugged nature and views of the sea on all sides of the peninsula. Here it really makes sense to put on good walking shoes and explore the area. There are several hiking routes and the beautiful, hilly landscape is also ideal for cycling. There are sandy beaches and relatively shallow water on both sides of the Helgenæs headland. Mols Bjerge National Park is eight kilometres from the house. The old market town of Ebeltoft is 20 kilometres away and within an hour's drive you can reach the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, Djurs Sommerland, as well as the safari park Ree Park and the wildlife park Skandinavisk Dyrepark.
