Interior
In the most beautiful landscape just 1 km from Ebeltoft, is this beautiful holiday house. Here you will find the loveliest kitchen with everything in appliances and a nice dining department. Submerged living room which is nicely furnished with good furniture and with e.g. a wood stove and heating pump. The sleeping places of the house is divided into four nice bedrooms which all have single beds that can be pushed together to double beds. Nice bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. There is an entre with a washing machine. The nice activity room of the house contains a darts game, football games and bob games. There is internet in the house.
Outdoor
The house is located at a lovely ground with both a covered and an open terrace area with garden furniture and grill. Here there is a fenced yard if you have a dog. From the ground there is a small ocean view.
Location
The house lies in a beautiful hilly area by Boeslum, only a 5-minute drive from Ebeltoft city. The house is located between the area Ebeltoft Vig and Boeslum beach, from where there is about 2 km to respectively Boeslum beach and Ebeltoft beach. The area invites to walks and you are also in walking distance to Ebeltoft. In Ebeltoft you will find Det Gamle Rådhus, where people come from near and far to get married. On the harbor you will find nice eating places and here there are always opportunities for buying freshly caught fish. It is also here you will find Glasmuseet, which is the leader in modern glass art. About a 15-minute drive from the house you will find Ree-park. Here you can get on a jeepsafari and meet the wild animals. If you drive to Grenaa, a visit to Kattegatcentret can be recommended. Here you will find more than 250 species of marine animals – including seals, fish, and sharks. A nice half hour drive from the house you will find the Nordic region´s largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland. Here you will find rides for big and small and in the season of 2019, they made the ride named Tigeren, which is a large gondola with a top speed of 100 km per hour.
