The house is located on a beautiful natural plot which is fenced. Here you will find lovely terrace areas with garden furniture and grill. From here you have the most beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset over the sea.
Location
The house is located approx. 300 m from the water. The beach is a combination of stone and sandy beach. From the house it is not far to Sletterhage Lighthouse which is very well visited. From here, during the summer period, you can follow the large ships to and from the Port of Aarhus, as well as the large luxury liners sailing past very close to the coast. The area on Helgenæs is characterized by the unique nature and hilly terrain, wildlife and fantastic viewpoints. In the area you will find the German Tower, which is a remain from World War II. From here you can see as far as the eye can see, to Samsø, Tunø, Århus and the Odder coast. In the area you will also find the 99 mtr. tall Ellemandsbjerg which is also a favorite amongst excursion destinations. The house is located about 24 km from Ebeltoft City with the many exciting tourist attractions. Here you will find The old town hall, where people come from near and far to get married and at the harbor you will find the Glass Museum, which is very famous for its modern art. A short hour's drive from the house you will find the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland which is definitely worth a visit. Here you will find the new Gyro Swing - The Tiger which is 45 mtr. high and has a top speed of 100 km/h.
