Interior
Not far from a nice beach, you will find this cozy and well-maintained house. The house contains a beautiful, bright, and well-furnished living room with good furniture and heat pump. In connection with the living room is the cozy and functional kitchen with microwave. The house has three good bedrooms: of which two rooms with double beds and one room with a bunk bed. Lovely bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. For the little holiday guests there is a highchair.
Outdoor
The house is located on a really beautiful and partially undisturbed plot, where there is room for play and ball games. The house has both a covered and open terrace area with garden furniture. There is a carport on the plot.
Location
The area around Øer is a cozy and very child-friendly area, rich in bird- and wildlife. The house is within walking distance to a nice beach and not far from Øer Maritime Ferieby, where during the summer, it is possible to make the daily purchases. In the area you will also find a 13 km long mountain bike track and a myriad of exercise trails. From the house there are approx. 6 km. to Ebeltoft town with the many tourist attractions. At the harbor you will find several good restaurants as well as the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art. Here there are also opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. In the city you will find the Old Town Hall which is worth a visit. Here people come from near and far to get married and during the summer you can experience the guards at the town hall at 20 and at 21, from which they walk singing through the city streets on their evening patrol. If you want to experience the wild animals up close, a safari trip in a jeep in Ree-park can be recommended. A short hour's drive from the house you will find the Norths largest amusement park Djurs Sommerland with rides for young and old. In 2019 they opened the new ride called “Tigeren”, which is a gondola with a top speed of 100 km per hour.
