Outdoor
The house is located on a cozy plot with a large courtyard with good parking conditions. There is also a double carport which can be used. There is an open terrace by the house with garden furniture and grill as well as a lawn, suitable for play and outdoor fun.
Location
Studstrup is a small town in East Jutland and is located next to Kalø Vig and about 17 km northeast of Aarhus city center. At the beach you will find a beautiful little spot Fiskerhøj which is down to the water and in the summer, it is well visited. Here you will find both a pier and a rescue spot. The grass area leading down to the beach is equipped with table and bench sets, so you can take a packed lunch to the beach and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. In the area there are good sideroad shops and there is an approx. 3 km to Kalø vig Boat Harbor. The house is about half an hour drive from the city of Aarhus with the many tourist attractions. Here you will find Tivoli Friheden, The Old Town, AROS Art Museum and Botanical Garden. From the house there is about 1/2 hour drive to the center of Ebeltoft, where you can see the Old Town Hall, the Glass Museum and the Frigate Jutland as well as the city's new cultural site Maltfabrikken.
