Description
Interior
Well-furnished and well-maintained holiday home with a large kitchen, three bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, so you can keep each other company when washing up. The fridge also has a small freezer compartment. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the cupboards. The inviting bathroom also has a shower. The living room is divided into two areas; in one you will find the dining table and access to the kitchen, and in the other seating furniture, the wood-burning stove and direct access to an outdoor lounge.
Outdoor
You live on a large, sheltered natural plot surrounded by trees. The large lawn invites you to play and romp around. The terrace at the rear of the house offers a good view of the garden. This provides you with the best opportunities to enjoy the sun outdoors in the morning, afternoon and evening.
Location
You will spend your holiday in an idyllic and peaceful holiday home area just 3 km from Ree Park. There you can admire a wide variety of animal species and enjoy an ice cream. The wooded surroundings in the immediate vicinity of Stubbe Sø are ideal for active holidays with cycling and hiking tours through hilly landscapes and tranquil villages with beautiful old churches. Also highly recommended are the Jernhatten hill, which was formed during the last ice age, the Havmøllen cultural centre, which offers activities, refreshments and lunch, and last but not least the Rugaard estate and Glatved beach. The latter is particularly suitable for swimming and fishing. Just 2.5 kilometres from the house you will find a beautiful nature trail that runs 8 kilometres from Gravlev to Ebeltoft. In Tirstrup Brugsen, 3 km away, you will find all the groceries you need all year round. The beautiful old trading town of Ebeltoft, dating back to 1301, is about 12 kilometres from the house. There you will find an active town life and a maritime harbour environment as well as numerous restaurants and interesting shops. The historic frigate Jylland, the glass museum and the old town hall are particularly worth seeing, but a walk through the historic old town and a visit to the old malt factory are also an experience in themselves. The largest amusement park in the north, Djurs Sommerland, is 20 kilometres from the house, and is also just a short drive away.
