Holiday home without wifi and other disturbances - less than 200 metres to the beach
House-ID: 8857Welcome inside
Imagine a morning where the sun filters through the treetops, and all you need to do is slip on your flip-flops and follow the little path—less than 200 meters—to the beach. There, the gentle rhythm of the sea, the warm sand beneath your feet, and the sense that time finally belongs to you await.
Welcome to a summer house where comfort and coziness live, and where the nostalgic wooden home invites you to unwind and simply be present. The shared spaces are designed with plenty of room, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy each other's company without ever feeling crowded.
At the heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area, where the kitchen, dining table, and lounge blend into one inviting space. The ceiling is high—and so is the sky—with direct access to both the terrace and the surrounding grounds, making it easy to bring your morning coffee outside or fire up the grill as evening sets in.
The main house offers two charming bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with bunk beds the kids will love. The bathroom is bright and functional, with everything you need.
And for those who enjoy a little peace and quiet, there are two cozy annexes: one with a large single bed—perfect for grandparents or a quiet reading retreat—and another with a sofa bed, ideal for teenagers who need a little personal space.
There’s no Wi-Fi here—and that’s completely intentional. This is your rare chance to truly unplug, set the screens aside, and let presence and nature take up more space. Don’t worry though: if you want to stream a film, the TV can easily connect to your phone's mobile network.
This is a place where you can truly feel you’re on holiday. With the sea as your neighbor, nature as your backdrop, and all the time you need for both connection and quiet.
Enjoy life outside
A natural plot made for peace, play, and small traditions
The property surrounding the summer house is something truly special—not just a garden, but a small piece of peaceful, living nature full of character, charm, and little adventures waiting to be discovered. There are no neat, trimmed lawns here—just a natural, playful landscape with space to roam, explore, and imagine. Children can find hidden nooks to create their own little worlds among trees and bushes, while you can enjoy the silence and the soft whisper of wind in the leaves.
In the early morning hours, you might be lucky enough to spot deer quietly following their narrow trail across the property—a gentle reminder of how close to nature you really are. Hares are also occasional visitors, shy and curious, moving silently through the tall grass.
Surrounding the house are several inviting terraces and small outdoor spaces—some bathed in sunlight, others tucked into shade—so you can always find the perfect spot, whether for your morning coffee, a quiet read, or just being in the moment.
Less than 200 meters away lies the sea, and the path starts right beside the house. In this house, it’s a beloved tradition to end the day with a walk to the beach to say goodnight to the sea. A quiet and beautiful way to close the day, with the rhythm of the waves and the place of the horizon.
The grounds are not just the setting for the house—they’re part of the experience. A place where you can breathe out, feel close, and simply be yourself.
