Welcome inside
The house offers a great mix of classic holiday home charm and modern updates to ensure a com­fortab­le stay. In addition to the main house, there is an annex that adds plenty of fle­xi­bi­li­ty when it comes to sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments. The main house features a lovely living area that combines the kitchen, dining room, and lounge into one open space. Large windows and white-painted ceilings create a bright and inviting at­mosp­he­re, and from the living area, there are several exits to the terraces and garden. Both the lounge and the annex are equipped with SMART TVs, so you can stream movies and series (please note there is no TV package). The main house also includes three small bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with un­der­floor heating. The annex has a bedroom with a double bed, a guest toilet, and a cosy lounge area with beautiful natural light.

Enjoy life outside
The house is situated on a peaceful plot with a lawn and great terraces connected to both the main house and the annex. Among the outdoor hig­hlights is a large hot tub that seats five and heats up in just a few hours – simply switch it on at the fuse box. There is also an outdoor shower for cooling off on hot summer days. There is plenty of space to relax and unwind, and you will easily find a sunny or shady spot as needed. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a small outdoor kitchen, and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy de­light­ful al fresco dinners as the day winds down. The garden is fenced, so children and the dog can roam freely on the grounds.

This holiday address gives you the perfect starting point for both re­laxa­tion and a wide range of fun acti­vi­ties. The house is located at the end of a quiet road right next to green open areas. At the same time, it is just a short walk to the popular surf beach at Ringkøbing Fjord, where you can go windsur­fing, kayaking, or try stand-up pad­dle­bo­ar­ding. The area is well connected by a network of trails, making it easy to get around. Daily shopping can be done at the local grocer in Bork Havn, and it is an easy walk to the charming harbour en­viron­ment with eateries and several shops. You also have easy access to the area’s stunning natural sur­ro­un­dings, ideal for walking and cycling trips.
