Welcome inside
The holiday home has two floors, offering a total of 84 well-utilised square metres. Thanks to the latest renova­tion in 2019, the house is neat and well-main­tai­ned, and the floor plan is well thought out, so that up to six holiday guests can feel at home indoors. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are both furnished with com­fortab­le double beds, and there is an ad­di­tio­nal room with an alcove on the first floor. The bathroom has un­der­floor heating, so you won't get cold feet when you step out of the shower, and there is also a practical utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink in the house. On the ground floor, the kitchen and living room are combined into a large and cosy living area with a wood-burning stove, dining table and sofa area. Upstairs, there is another living room with com­fortab­le seating and a te­le­vi­sion.

Enjoy life outside
Both upstairs and down­stairs, you can step straight out into the open air when the weather invites outdoor acti­vi­ties. Not only the first-floor balcony, but also the large garden terrace faces southwest, providing good sun con­di­tions for most of the day. The lawn is perfect for playing games and garden acti­vi­ties, and if you really need to relax, it's wonderful to get ready for a laid-back break in the outdoor wil­der­ness bath for six people.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you feel like taking in the view of Ringkøbing Fjord, you are close enough to walk down to the water's edge in just a few minutes. The nearest beach, with its good wind con­di­tions and shallow water, is par­ti­cu­lar­ly good for surfing, SUP and other water sports, and on the other side of the town's harbour there is a lovely, child-friendly bathing beach. Eve­ryt­hing from su­per­mar­kets and re­stau­rants to Fe­ri­e­part­ner's office and mini golf course is also within walking distance, and you don't need to take the car when you want to explore the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. If you do feel like taking a drive, there are plenty of great excursion options in the local area: for example, it is about ten ki­lo­metres to Ny­min­de­gab Beach and the North Sea, and from there you can continue the beautiful drive up to Hvide Sande. If you are tra­vel­ling by electric car, the nearest charging station is not far away. There are many charging stations around Bork Havn, and you will find the nearest one just a few metres from the house.
