Welcome inside

The house is located right next to the water, and the large windows set the location beau­ti­ful­ly. Here you really get to feel the proximity of the water, and the view, espe­ci­al­ly from the first floor, is im­pres­si­ve. The layout creates a good frame for the cozy get-togethers of the holiday: On the ground floor you can cook in a lovely kitchen-dining room, where dinner can be served at the large dining table. There is direct access to the terrace, which becomes a natural extension of the house's living area. This also applies on the first floor, where from the cozy living room with alcove there is access to a large, partially covered viewing terrace. The house also contains three good bedrooms and a nice bathroom.

Enjoy life outside

You can look forward to enjoying the outdoors on the sunny terrace en­viron­ment, which follows the house's facade to the south and west. There is good planting around the plot, so it is very private and un­dis­tur­bed on the terrace, where you can easily spend a long afternoon and just enjoy the peace and quiet. The terrace is well furnished and has both a dining table and deck chairs. When the day comes to an end, you can fire up the grill and prepare a cozy meal under the open sky. Or you can pull up to the first-floor balcony to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the evening sky and the day's last rays of sun in the fjord's shiny water.

Get close to the local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

It is something very special to spend your holiday a few steps from the water's edge. From the house, you only need to cross Fjordvej before standing on the beach, which is a good place for surfing, kayaking and pra­cti­cing other forms of water sports. You will also find a child-friendly and shallow bathing beach in Bork Havn, which also has a selection of shops, eateries and at­tra­ctions – including the popular open-air museum Bork Vikin­ge­havn. In addition to water sports and swimming trips, there are many fine nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and fun acti­vi­ties to be had in the local area. You can, for example, visit the large Tipperne bird reserve or explore the area's beautiful nature by bike or on foot. And if you want to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the roaring West Sea, the west coast of Jutland is just a short drive away.
