The spa bath is, un­sur­pri­sing­ly, located in the bathroom, making it the perfect place for wellness and total re­laxa­tion. The wood-burning stove stands in the cosy living area, where the living room and kitchen are seam­les­s­ly combined. Through the glass door, you enter the con­ser­va­tory – a well-designed and beau­ti­ful­ly bright room with a large south-facing window section. There are three bedrooms, all furnished with double beds, providing sleeping space for up to six guests.

Enjoy life outside
The green garden is the perfect place to spend time when the sun shines over Bork Havn. Several terrace areas are laid out around the house, including a lovely sheltered corner with excellent sun con­di­tions. At the front of the house, you can park the car on the gravel area, while the back garden is ideal for play and ball games thanks to its large lawn, swing set, and sandbox.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the back garden, you have direct access to a large green communal area with football goals and a play­gro­und. The road ends in a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic near the house – and instead, you can follow the small paths when you want to explore the neig­h­bour­hood or walk down to the harbour and the bathing beach. Both are within a short walking distance, as are Bork Havn’s selection of shops and re­stau­rants. The local surf beach attracts not only kite and windsur­fers, but also anyone who enjoys water sports, fresh air, and the beautiful view across Ringkøbing Fjord. Nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces are easy to reach too – whether you want to visit the Tipperne bird reserve, cycle to Skjern Å, or pack swimwear, picnic, and beach towels for a trip to the North Sea.
