Interior
Comfort and coziness are appropriate words to use when describing the holiday house. Among other things, it is equipped with a modern kitchen from 2023, a wood-burning stove and heat pump with AC - and of course the hot tub and sauna are also quality details that help sweeten the holiday life. The well-functioning room distribution ensures that there is plenty of space to gather and to relax: during the day, the large living area with open living room and kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy yourself, and when it's time to go to bed, there is room for up to six holiday guests in the three bedrooms. And in a practical way, the large spa bathroom is complemented by a guest toilet, and here there is even a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outdoor
On several sides of the summer house, a large and lovely tiled terrace spreads out, so you can find a nice place to sit just where the sun conditions are best. If you need shade, there are two covered terrace areas to choose from, and when you are in the mood to play and play garden games, there is plenty of space to frolic on the lawn.
Location
Strandvænget is a quiet, closed road, and the summer house is also nicely set back at the end of a long driveway. If the plot's lawn and swing set are not enough for the youngest family members, there is a playground just 200 meters further down the road with a slide, sandbox and football goal. Another child-friendly feature of the location is the good path system that takes you safely on foot when you want to explore the neighborhood or go into Bork Havn's town center to play mini golf on Feriepartner's mini golf course. On the way, you can stop at the popular surfing beach, where both beginners and experienced surfers sail out on Ringkøbing Fjord - and if you've remembered your swimwear, there's also a small beach on the other side of the town's cozy harbour.
