Built in 2005, the holiday home is a solid brick property of 129 m². In other words, you can look forward to well-fun­ctio­ning fa­ci­li­ties and plenty of space for cosy holiday moments – including in the bright living area, where the kitchen and living room are connected in an open layout. The living area features un­der­floor heating beneath the tiles and a heat pump, and the com­fortab­le fur­nis­hin­gs ensure that you can truly relax and enjoy your time here. When you really want to unwind, you can enjoy the spa bath and sauna located in the largest of the two bathrooms. At night, you can sleep pea­ce­ful­ly in the three good bedrooms or on the loft, which is equipped with two mattres­ses.

Enjoy life outside
On the 1,078 m² plot, there is plenty of space to park the car in the driveway, and at the end you will also find a garage. The lawn invites play and garden games, but the highlight is un­doub­ted­ly the terrace, which measures an im­pres­si­ve 100 m². Facing south, it receives plenty of sunshine, and with a barbecue, garden furniture, and sun loungers available, you will have ideal con­di­tions for enjoying summer days in Bork Havn.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Strandvænget in Bork Havn is a charming and relaxed place to spend a holiday. Ringkøbing Fjord is so close that you can see the water when you walk to the end of the road, and if you continue just a little further, you will quickly reach the town’s popular beach, where you can surf and enjoy various water sports. Less than one kilometre away lies the town’s charming harbour, which also features a small child-friendly bathing beach. Bork Havn also offers places to eat, shopping op­portu­ni­ties, and a local Fe­ri­e­part­ner office where you can rent bicycles and try the beautiful Viking-themed mini golf course. The theme fits perfectly with Bork Vikin­ge­havn, a living museum and one of the town’s exciting and family-friendly at­tra­ctions.
