Thanks to the skylights, the house benefits from excellent natural light, and with its 105 m², it offers plenty of space. The kitchen-dining area has a high, sloping ceiling and a pleasant view of the greenery outside. The kitchen is openly connected to the living area, separated only by a small counter. From the dining area, there is direct access to the terrace and garden, which on warm summer days become a natural extension of the living space. The house contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a sauna.

Enjoy life outside
On the 1,416 m² plot, you have ideal con­di­tions for enjoying outdoor holiday life. There is peace and quiet, plenty of sunshine, and plenty of fresh air – eve­ryt­hing you dream of during a holiday stay. The youngest members of the family will un­doub­ted­ly love the large lawn, which is perfect for play and ball games. As an added bonus, the garden includes a play structure with a swing and slide. When the day comes to an end, you can light the barbecue and set the table for a cosy dinner on the terrace – this is holiday living at its best. The terrace is also covered, allowing you to enjoy the evening outdoors even if a bit of dew falls.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Your holiday address offers great tranquil­li­ty, and just a few steps from the house, the open fields begin, along with a small lake. It is also only a short walk to Ringkøbing Fjord, and down by the charming Skaven Harbour, you will find lovely communal areas with a play­gro­und and barbecue shelter. Next to the harbour, there is a child-friendly sandy beach where you can surf and fish. A mini golf course, eateries, and a small shop can also be found at the nearby campsite. The sur­ro­un­ding nature is beautiful, and a highly recom­men­ded excursion is the wetland area Skjern Enge, where sus­pen­sion bridges, cable ferries, and birdwat­ching towers allow you to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the landscape up close.
