Indoors, you have 94 well-designed square metres that include three good bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest bathroom is equipped not only with a washing machine and tumble dryer, but also with a spa bath and sauna, providing both practical con­ve­ni­en­ce and a touch of luxury. Another lovely detail is the un­der­floor heating – not only in the bathrooms, but also in the kitchen and living room, which are centrally located in the heart of the house. The wood-burning stove in the living room will certainly be ap­pre­ci­a­ted on a cool day, and for cosy evenings, it is con­ve­ni­ent that there is a TV with satellite channels and Chro­mecast.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a covered terrace area, which then opens onto the larger terrace en­viron­ment that surrounds the house. Between the holiday home and the carport, you will find a small, sheltered corner where you can sit com­fortably in the garden chairs – unless you prefer playing and ball games on the large lawn.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Bork Havn. The neig­h­bour­hood offers a play­gro­und for the youngest guests and footpaths that make it easy for everyone to get around on foot. Bork Havn has several lovely at­tra­ctions for the whole family: Bork Legeland with its many fun acti­vi­ties, Bork Vikin­ge­havn where history is brought to life, and Fe­ri­e­part­ner where you can play mini golf. The proximity to Ringkøbing Fjord is ideal, offering op­portu­ni­ties for surfing, swimming, fishing, and kayaking – or simply relaxing at the harbour while enjoying views of the beautiful fjord landscape.
