Welcome inside
The house is an 86 m² property from 2006 that appears neat and well main­tai­ned. The layout is ideal for six guests, as there are two bedrooms with double beds and a third with a bunk bed, making it the perfect children’s room. Both young and old can gather in the living room, which is a lovely space with a high, sloping ceiling, great natural light, and direct access to the terrace area. There is also a wood-burning stove, a cosy sofa corner, and a large flatscre­en TV, providing the perfect setting for many relaxed and enjoyable moments together. The dining area is placed right next to the kitchen, which is equipped with a dis­hwas­her and other modern ap­pli­an­ces. The bathroom with shower is spacious and well main­tai­ned like the rest of the house, and it is worth noting that the property is whe­el­chair friendly, with wide doors and no doorsteps.

Enjoy life outside
Outside you have plenty of space to play and unwind on the 1,213 m² plot. The lawn is framed by greenery, and a large, partly covered terrace wraps around the house, allowing you to find the perfect sunny or shaded spot throug­hout the day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If the children need more space than the garden provides, it is a real treat to have a play­gro­und right next door. Here you will find a bouncy pillow, zipline, sensory swing, and much more, ensuring fun for both younger and older children. The whole family can also look forward to visiting Bork Legeland or Bork Vikin­ge­havn, both located about one and a half ki­lo­metres away. When the weather is good, a beach day is a must. Bork Havn offers both a child-friendly bathing beach and a larger surf beach. If you want a bit of variety during your stay, you can set course for the North Sea and Ny­min­de­gab Beach, which is located just under 10 ki­lo­metres away.
