Interior design
The house was built in 2014 and as one would expect from a modern building, it is bright and inviting inside. In a classic holiday home style there is a wood burning stove and an air-heating pump with air-condition. The large window areas and the beautiful ceiling height contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. As a nice detail, there is underfloor heating throughout the whole house. In the lovely dining area, the kitchen is integrated with the living room, where you can enjoy cooking, delicious meals and subsequent relaxing on the sofa. To make the evening perfect, you can finish off with a hot tub in the beautiful bathroom before settling down in one of the house's three bedrooms.
Outside
Invites the weather closer to sunbathing rather than whirlpool, there is plenty of room to enjoy oneself on the 1000 m2 green grounds. Playing and ball games can take place on the large lawn, where there is also a swing rack for the youngest holidaymakers. The more laid back moments can unfold on the tiled terrace, which is around almost the entire house. The terrace is partly covered and a parasol, garden furniture and sun loungers are available.
Location
The holiday home is located in a peaceful environment in a closed holiday home area and very close to green areas, which is nice if you want to walk the dog, play or just catch some fresh air. The museums Bork Vikingehavn and Fahl Kro are within easy walking distance and you also have easy access to playgrounds, a mini golf course with a viking theme and a cosy harbor environment. Bork Havn is also a nice place to surf and practice other water sports and in the local area there is plenty of opportunity to swim, bike, fish and generally enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings at Ringkøbing Fjord.
