There is a wood-burning stove for the cooler periods of the year, and the open con­nection means that the smell of home-baked buns or simmered food can spread and make the at­mosp­he­re even nicer and more homely. The alcove not only functions as a cozy nook during the day but can also be used for overnight stays in line with the three bedrooms, while the largest bathroom spoils you with both a spa bath and a sauna.

Enjoy life outside

From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, and you will probably walk that way several times when there is summer and holiday at­mosp­he­re in the air. In any case, it's great to bask in the sun in the outdoor living en­viron­ment - and if you need another iced coffee or another cool temp­ta­tion, it's nice to have a short distance to the kitchen. The ba­ck­y­ard's well-kept lawn is well screened by a dense hedge, and in one corner there is an opening to the green common area that spreads south of the plot. For the youngest holiday guests, there is a sandbox and a swing stand with a sensory swing, and it is easy to get to the nearest play­gro­und if the children need even more to frolic with.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located at the bottom of a closed wing, so you can enjoy the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings and relax com­ple­te­ly with your loved ones. And even if you live quietly, you also have easy access to all the good offers in Bork Havn - from at­tra­ctions such as Bork Vikin­ge­havn and Bork Legeland to good re­stau­rants, the mini golf course and the maritime at­mosp­he­re at the harbor itself. At the city's largest beach, you can try your hand at windsur­fing or just enjoy the view of Ringkøbing Fjord from land, and if you want to visit the North Sea, you are only a short drive from Ny­min­de­gab Beach and the entire beautiful coastline.
