Interior
The atmosphere is nice and inviting in this 87 m² large cottage, as there are bright wooden strips on the walls, sloping roofs and large windows facing southwest. In the living room, a wood stove helps to turn up the cosy atmosphere, and the comfortable sofas and dining table serve as good meeting points when you want to spend time together. In the open kitchen area there is also plenty of room, so cooking can obviously become a common cosy project. The well-functioning floor plan also features a utility room with washing machine, a bathroom with underfloor heating as well as three good bedrooms. It should be mentioned here that two of the bedrooms are adjacent to each other - and in addition, the house offers a loft with extra sleeping space that can also be used.
Outdoor
On warm summer days it is obvious to spend a large part of the sunshine hours outdoors. In this connection, the tiled, partially covered terrace is perfect - and of course there is garden furniture available so that you can enjoy relaxation in its best way. You can park the car either in the garage or in the driveway, while the lawn can be the framework for the youngest holidaymakers for playing in the garden.
Location
The surroundings are peaceful, as there are only a few cars at the bottom of the closed wing. North of the ground there is a green common area located, and here you can follow the small paths when you want to stretch out your legs or maybe go down to the fjord or the marina. In Bork Havn, there are shopping facilities, eateries, a candle manufactury and a mini golf course - and the latter is owned by Feriepartner. Furthermore there are also beautiful natural surroundings that open up a wealth of activity opportunities. Windsurfing, kite surfing and other water sports can be enjoyed on Ringkøbing Fjord, and a fresh dip or fishing trip is of course possible as well. If you like cycling, you can follow the beautiful route along the water towards the river Skjern Å, and if you ride mountain bike, the well-designed MTB routes in Blåbjerg Plantation is recommended.
