Cozy brick house with lovely living-dining room and separate kitchen, electric cooker, fridge and small freezer. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, a double sofa bed and a small bathroom.
The oil heating provides free hot water and an air heating pump can handle the heating of the entire house. If this is not sufficient, electric radiators are available in two rooms and the bathroom.
The house is located in the town of Stauning near the fjord. There is a small beach that can be reached by reeds. The sandy beach of the North Sea is 25 km from Stauning.
Nearby there are several good fishing lakes, a whiskey distillery and a smaller airport.
