You will live just 100 meters from Ringkøbing Fjord when you spend your holiday in this beautiful house in Bork Havn. It gives you a unique opportunity to fill your days with surfing, SUP and swimming trips, and even when you are enjoying yourself at home in the living room, you have a view of the blue waves of the fjord.
As tenants of the summer house, you even have unlimited access to several swimming pools and water parks in the local area (www.svoem-leg.dk).
Interior
The 110 m2 summer house has been here at Husfold 65 since 1971, but just a quick look at the pictures reveals that a lot has happened since it was built. Both outside and inside, the entire house has been renovated in 2021, and the bright rooms have subsequently been furnished in a stylish manner. With a modern open kitchen, a wood-burning stove and furniture that consists of a mix of new design and retro items, coziness is alive and well in the living area. It certainly doesn't hurt that the living room has a large panoramic window facing north-west and thus directly towards the fjord, so you can enjoy the water view from the sofa. The layout also offers three good bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower - in short, an excellent interior for six people.
Outdoor
Out in the open, there are several terraces to choose from – including a large, covered terrace to the south. The most impressive is now the west terrace, which faces the fjord: From the ground you have direct access to the fjord shore, so if you have been down to swim or try out the SUP board, you can afterwards sunbathe here while looking out at the water. The 1,040 m2 plot is also nicely landscaped with lawn, rose bushes and other plantings, and there is a carport for the car.
Location
The summer house is peacefully located at the bottom of the closed road Husfold. From the garden you can walk straight down across the fjord to the beach, so if you want to start the day with a dip or a trip out on the water, it can easily be done. Bork Havn is known as a good place to surf for both beginners and experienced surfers due to its shallow water and good wind conditions. SUP, kayaking and other water activities are also possible - and if you have neither equipment nor experience, it is possible to rent equipment and book a course in the city. If parts of the holiday are to take place on land, a scenic path runs along the coast all the way to Skjern Enge. You can also just stay in Bork Havn, which has shopping opportunities, several places to eat and a cozy harbor environment.
