Welcome inside
The at­mosp­he­re inside the house is warm and inviting, and the most recent renova­tion from 2017 has ensured that eve­ryt­hing appears well main­tai­ned. Indoors, you have 104 m² at your disposal, providing plenty of space to enjoy your holiday even if six people are staying together. The living room and kitchen are combined into one large open space. Here, you will find both a wood-burning stove and a heat pump with cooling, and the garden door makes it easy to step out onto the terrace. Al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly, you can settle in the con­ser­va­tory, where you can play air hockey or simply enjoy the relaxed at­mosp­he­re. The layout also includes a good bathroom with a shower and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally, there are four bedrooms: one furnished with a single bed and the other three with double beds – one of these even has ad­ju­stab­le beds.

Enjoy life outside
The terrace located just outside the living room is a pleasant spot with a covered section, giving you shade during the day and allowing you to stay outside com­fortably even when the evening dew begins to fall. You can also sit behind the house on a large and private paved terrace – unless you prefer to play and run around on the spacious lawn. For children, there is a swing and a sandbox, and the car can be parked safely under the carport.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home enjoys a lovely location on a quiet road and only 200 metres from Ringkøbing Fjord. At Skaven Strand, you can go swimming, surfing, and pad­dle­bo­ar­ding, and there is also a charming small harbour with both leisure boats and fishing boats. Next to the harbour you will find a play­gro­und, a vol­ley­ball court, and a barbecue hut – making it easy to spend many hours enjoying the scenic sur­ro­un­dings until the sun sets. From Skaven Strand, you have excellent op­portu­ni­ties to explore the nature of the area. You can follow the paths towards Skjern Enge, and if you continue south along the fjord coastline, you will reach Bork Havn, known for the open-air museum Bork Vikin­ge­havn and the popular surf beach.
