The holiday home is large and well-furnished, and here there is both space for couples, families or friends to relax and enjoy each other's company, while at the same time everyone can retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet that is in this holiday home. The heart of the house is the large living room, which is connected to both the kitchen and the dining area, and which also has direct access to the large, south-facing terrace. The large window section in the living room ensures you a lot of natural light when you enjoy some time on the terrace or together on the sofa. The house also offers three good bedrooms with storage space, a loft and a lovely large bathroom, which has both an indoor spa and sauna – the perfect com­bi­na­tion when you want to relax and enjoy a much-needed holiday in a holiday home.

Outdoor
The house is at the end of a closed wing, and you will therefore not ex­pe­ri­en­ce passing traffic, but can instead enjoy peace and quiet. The house has a large terrace to the south, where you can spend a lot of good hours together, united about a game, a good book or a midday nap in the sun. If you need acti­vi­ties, you also have a large lawn where you can play a lot of different ball games or something else - here the only limits are your imag­i­na­tion! From the house you have access to the area's path systems, which take you directly to the sur­ro­un­ding areas such as Bork's harbor area, the surf beach or the cozy area by Bork Hytteby.

Location
You will find a play­gro­und a little further down the wing, and if you have children with you on holiday, it is a hit to live a few hundred meters from Bork Legeland. In the other direction you will find Bork Vikin­ge­havn, and you also have easy access to the center of Bork Havn, where there are shopping op­portu­ni­ties and eateries, a sports and skating rink, a charming harbor and a mini golf course, which is connected to the local Fe­ri­e­part­ner office. Bork Havn also offers two fine beaches: One is a child-friendly bathing beach, and the other is a large and popular surfing beach, where you can not only surf, but also practice other types of water acti­vi­ties.
