If you like to cook, you will certainly be happy with the house's well-equipped kitchen, which has induction hobs and much else - and here there is an open con­nection to the living room, so you can enjoy the social gathering and take part in the cozy con­ver­sa­tion, even if you are stirring the pots. Even the night's sleep will take place in a com­fortab­le setting in this house, because the layout offers three good bedrooms.

Enjoy life outside

The summer house grounds appear de­light­ful­ly lush when the beech hedge has sprung out, and there are leaves on the birch trees and the other ve­ge­ta­tion. It is wonderful to be able to relax in the middle of all the greenery, re­gard­less of whether you are sun­bat­hing on the house's wooden terrace or playing with the children on the lawn. The terrace is also partially covered, and at the eastern end of the natural plot, a cozy sitting area has been establis­hed in the shade of the trees, if you need to move around a bit. In con­ti­nu­a­tion of the driveway, there is a carport for the car - and if you own an electric car, there is also a charger for it right here at the house.

Both children and adults can look forward to spending their holidays here at the end of the closed wing. The sur­ro­un­dings on the east side of Bork Havn are quiet and un­dis­tur­bed, and there is a short distance to several play­gro­unds - and then you only have one kilometer to Bork Legeland, which is gu­a­ran­te­ed to be a hit for all families with children. The open-air museum Bork Vikin­ge­havn is also a popular at­tra­ction, while the city's charming harbor en­viron­ment is a lovely place to go if you want to invite your loved ones for ice cream with a view of the fjord's water and the rocking boats. In Bork Havn you will find both a popular surfing beach and a child-friendly bathing beach, and the scenic local area invites you to explore on foot and by bike.
