The house has been thor­oug­hly renovated in 2024 and it can be seen in every room – including the shower room, the three good bedrooms and the spacious dining kitchen. The kitchen has an open con­nection to the living room, and it is a cozy place to gather if you want to play board games with the family or just curl up in the sofa area with a good book or your favorite series on TV. From the living room you have direct access to a con­ser­va­tory, and when the weather is warm enough, you can sit out here for your morning coffee or prepare dinner.

Enjoy life outside
Both from the living room and the con­ser­va­tory there is a con­nection to the house's backyard, and it functions as a beautiful oasis when the sun shines over Rækker Mølle. The lawn invites you to play and ball games, so you can challenge the family in games or find the Frisbee from your holiday luggage - if you don't prefer to throw yourself in the green with an unob­structed view of the blue sky. The home serves as an excellent base if you want to explore Central Jutland's cozy towns, beautiful nature and fun activity op­portu­ni­ties. From Rækker Mølle, which is a small village with a local brewery and an idyllic lake, you have a few ki­lo­me­ters to WOW Park Skjern, where the family can walk on sus­pen­sion bridges up in the treetops, try cable cars and much more. There is also a golf course nearby, while the short distance to Skjern Å and Ringkøbing Fjord is a hit for nature lovers and anglers. Not only Skjern town, but also Herning, Holstebro and Ringkøbing are easy to reach, and if you feel like taking a dip in the North Sea, you can be at Søndervig Strand in about half an hour.In addition, the local Rækker Mølle lake is only 300 m from the house, where you can also take a dip.
