Inside, every square metre has been cleverly utilised. You’ll find a well-equipped open kitchen for preparing meals and even a utility room with a washing machine. The bathroom includes a spa bath where you can unwind before the whole family gathers in the living room for a cosy evening on the sofa near the wood-burning stove.

There are two bedrooms in the house, both furnished with com­fortab­le double beds and wardrobe space. Last but not least, a spacious loft sits at the top of the house, offering ad­di­tio­nal sleeping space or a cosy hangout spot during the day.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, the neatly landsca­ped plot features a small lawn and a driveway in front of the house, along with a partially covered terrace at the main entrance. When it’s time to sit back and relax in a com­fortab­le garden chair, the larger wooden terrace in the private, south-facing back garden is the perfect spot. It’s more spacious, sunnier, and plea­sant­ly sheltered from view.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
In the popular and charming area of Bork Hytteby, this lovely holiday home is situated on a small, quiet cul-de-sac near a green communal area. The two local play­gro­unds are just a short walk away, and you can also reach the dinghy harbour by foot, beau­ti­ful­ly located along the Fahl Å stream.

From the house, you’re close to both Fahl Kro and Bork Vikin­ge­havn, two de­light­ful family-friendly at­tra­ctions. Water sports ent­hu­si­asts will ap­pre­ci­a­te being close to Ringkøbing Fjord and the popular surf beach in Bork Havn – and if you prefer ice cream and tranquil fjord views, the town’s at­mosp­he­ric harbour en­viron­ment is the place to go. There are also great op­portu­ni­ties for swimming, either in the fjord or in the North Sea, which lies about ten ki­lo­metres away.
