This lovely holiday home in Saltum is spacious and well-designed, with a perfect layout for eight people. The location is also a definite plus, as Tølhøj is a quiet, scenic area, and from both the house and the terrace, you can enjoy views of the open landscape.

Welcome inside
The 150 m² holiday home was completed as recently as 2022, meaning you can expect eve­ryt­hing to be in perfect condition. If you enjoy cooking, you can look forward to using the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen – it is a special pleasure to prepare meals during a holiday when eve­ryt­hing can be done at a slower pace. The kitchen is part of a large living area, furnished with a dining table and a com­fortab­le sofa section, and thanks to the many windows, you can enjoy the beautiful light and lovely views no matter where you are. The living room features a large flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, making it easy to relax with a movie or your favorite series, unless you prefer to unwind in the spa bath instead. The spa bath is located in the larger of the two bathrooms, which are well-di­stri­bu­ted throug­hout the house, just like the four good-sized bedrooms.

Enjoy life outside
From the living area and one of the bedrooms, you have direct access to the holiday home’s wonderful terrace space. There are several pleasant seating areas and sunny spots to choose from, including a large covered west-facing terrace. With quality garden furniture and beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings, you can look forward to many enjoyable moments outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saltum’s beautiful beach and bre­ath­taking coastal landscape are easily ac­ces­sib­le from Tølhøj 52. From the private road, you can walk along small paths and trails to the North Sea, just 1.7 km away. You can also take a stroll in Lille Norge, a beautiful protected area, and from Guldagerhøj you can admire views over Jam­mer­bug­ten. If you want some variety from nature, you can head to Jambo Holiday Park to play minigolf on their large course, and a bit further away is Fårup Som­mer­land, with plenty of fun rides and a huge water park. Blokhus and Løkken are also within a short drive, and you can explore more of northern Jutland, for example Hirtshals, Skagen, or Aalborg.
