Modern Spa Holiday Home from 2019 in Scenic Saltum

It is an exquisite pleasure to spend a vacation in this newly built spa Holiday Home, beau­ti­ful­ly located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the scenic nature of Saltum.

Welcome inside
The Holiday Home, built in 2019, features a green roof and a stylish dark exterior, softened by large windows that provide excellent natural light indoors and offer a clear, open view of the green sur­ro­un­dings. The interior is modern and elegant throug­hout, with a light colour palette that creates a pleasant at­mosp­he­re. Even the two bathrooms are ta­ste­ful­ly designed, and one of them is equipped with both a spa and a sauna, allowing you to indulge in a wellness evening or two.

The floor plan also includes four inviting bedrooms (all bedside lamps offer USB charging), as well as a spacious living area where a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with a cosy lounge. A stylish fireplace in­stal­la­tion elegantly separates the two areas, and you can enjoy the sight of the flames from both the dining space and the sofa corner.

The house is equipped with a highchair, travel cot, and changing table for the youngest family members.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, you can fully enjoy the natural sur­ro­un­dings from the elevated wooden terrace that wraps all the way around the house. Several covered sections offer shade or shelter when needed. The plot is a large natural site designed to support bi­o­di­ver­si­ty and offers an unob­structed view of a protected nature area inhabited by hares, pheasants, foxes, and deer. Just 100 metres from the house, a direct path leads to the beach and a small stream. After a swim, you can rinse off under the Holiday Home’s outdoor shower.

The property is equipped with an Orbis VIARIS UNI BT2 charging station for electric cars, 22 kW (up to 23 A), 7-pin. There is also an outdoor socket suitable for “granny charging”. For the little ones, sandscoops, buckets, Kubb, and more are available.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Tølhøj is a small cul-de-sac well connected to local paths and trails, perfect for walking in the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. The beach is only 1,450 metres away, where you can gaze out across the mighty North Sea — always an im­pres­si­ve sight in any weather. On sunny summer days, a re­fres­hing swim is a must, as Saltum Beach is known as one of the country’s finest bathing beaches. The house is also close to the protected area Lille Norge, which offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties for long walks in nature.

If you're in the mood for a waterpark instead, Fårup Som­mer­land amusement park is within easy reach and offers Denmark’s largest aquapark. Jambo Holiday Park is also worth a visit, featuring an 18-hole mini golf course with an African theme.
