The large windows naturally make the most of the view, so even indoors you can enjoy unin­ter­rup­ted vistas of the soft dunes, the rugged beach grass and the vast sky. The interior design is equally pleasing, with stylish fur­nis­hin­gs and com­fortab­le living details throug­hout. The sleek, open-plan kitchen in­te­gra­ted with the living area deserves special mention, as does the bathroom, which features both a whirlpool bath and a sauna. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has two single beds, making the house ideal for both family holidays and couples tra­vel­ling with friends.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, this holiday home is something truly special. The house is elevated on a large, un­du­lat­ing dune plot of 2,800 m². A wooden deck runs all the way around the house, offering several terrace areas to choose from. Part of the terrace is covered if you prefer shelter, and otherwise you can move around depending on the position of the sun. On the south side of the house, an outdoor shower has been installed, making it easy to rinse off the saltwater after a swim.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The address is highly sought-after, as few are fortunate enough to holiday just 200 metres from the beach – and the road is even closed to through traffic, ensuring peace and quiet. A path leads through the dunes down to Saltum Beach, a beautiful white sandy beach stret­ching as far as the eye can see. In the village of Saltum, you can shop for groceries and visit local galleries, and it is also recom­men­ded to take excur­sions to the larger seaside resorts along the west coast, such as Løkken and Blokhus. If children are part of the holiday, a visit to Fårup Som­mer­land is an obvious choice; it has been named the best amusement park in the Nordic countries several times.
