A cozy and fun­ctio­nal summer house within walking distance of the North Sea and close to Faarup Som­mer­land—perfect for an un­for­get­tab­le holiday in North Jutland.

Welcome inside
The house looks just as good in real life as in the photos. It underwent a major renova­tion in 2018, and we are proud to offer a home where the quality is un­doub­ted­ly top-notch. The house features a large open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space, and living room with a wood-burning stove, leading out to a lovely terrace. There are also three bedrooms and a bathroom with both a hot tub and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach or exploring North Jutland. The house is filled with natural light from the many windows, and throug­hout you can sense the owner’s excellent eye for interior design, creating a cozy and relaxed at­mosp­he­re. Modern amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, heat pump, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi—so you won’t be lacking anything during your stay.

Enjoy life outside
The house sits on a large, beautiful natural plot among the dunes, with large rosehip bushes providing excellent shelter from the westerly wind. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun, bar­becu­ing, or simply enjoying the summer in peace. The terrace is equipped with a grill, garden furniture, and sun loungers—don’t forget a good book or the latest magazine.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Just 250 meters from Saltum’s wide and long beach, you’re sure to enjoy plenty of swims in the North Sea during your holiday—or perhaps long walks along the white sand, with good chances of finding amber, beautiful shells, or in­te­r­e­sting stones. Not far from the house is Denmark’s top amusement park, Faarup Som­mer­land, and you can also quickly visit Jambo Feriepark with Northern Europe’s largest and most im­pres­si­ve miniature golf course. Saltum is ideally located between Blokhus and Løkken, two of Denmark’s coziest holiday towns, offering plenty of summer acti­vi­ties, great dining options, and a wide variety of shops.
