The house was built in 2012 and appears im­ma­cu­la­te both inside and out. Large window sections ensure an abundance of natural light, and in the living room the vaulted ceiling offers lovely views of the garden and the sky above. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area combining kitchen, dining space, and lounge—perfect for cosy get-togethers during your holiday.

High-quality materials throug­hout the house help create an exclusive and refined at­mosp­he­re, and as an added bonus, the first floor features a billiards room with beautiful natural light. The house offers three bedrooms in total: one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. In addition, there are two stylish bathrooms and an entrance hall with laundry fa­ci­li­ties.

Enjoy life outside
The house is set on a 1,521 m² plot with a beau­ti­ful­ly landsca­ped garden that is sure to delight both adults and children. The lawn invites play and ball games, and there is also a play structure in the garden. If you prefer a more relaxed pace, you can enjoy the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings from a sun lounger. There are excellent terraces both close to the house and at the far end of the garden, where it is always sheltered from the wind. One of the terraces is covered, allowing you to retreat into the shade on hot days or enjoy cosy moments outdoors even if there is a light shower.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The area offers a calm and relaxed at­mosp­he­re, while still providing easy access to the town’s many at­tra­ctions—most notably the wonderful sandy beach, one of the very best on the west coast. The bathing water is of excellent quality, and even if swimming is not on the agenda, a walk along the beautiful coastline is always a memorable ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Nature lovers will also ap­pre­ci­a­te the short distance to Gateway Blokhus, which features running trails, mountain bike routes, and a large nature play­gro­und. Finally, Fårup Som­mer­land is just a short drive away, where you can easily spend a day or two enjoying the many at­tra­ctions.
