This wonderful and spacious activity holiday home has it all! We are delighted to present this high-quality activity house, newly built on a large plot where pre­vious­ly only a small annex stood. It is a holiday home of excellent standard, and we are pleased to offer it for rental.

The interior is bright and welcoming, with large windows, high ceilings, and plenty of space for the whole family both indoors and outdoors. The very heart of the house is the large open-plan kitchen and living area, where you can cook together, enjoy meals, play cards, read, watch TV, and—above all—spend quality time together. There is also a dedicated activity room where the family can find out who is best at table football.

In addition, the house features two bathrooms, one of which includes a spa bath and an infrared sauna, four bedrooms with com­fortab­le beds, and a large loft area with four mattres­ses, as well as a sofa bed in the activity room.

Modern ap­pli­an­ces and fa­ci­li­ties include a dis­hwas­her, microwave, satellite TV with Danish and German channels, and wireless internet—just bring your laptop or tablets, and it is easy to find in­for­ma­tion about the many at­tra­ctions and op­portu­ni­ties in the area. Naturally, the living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, which quickly creates a cosy at­mosp­he­re, and if you are ho­li­daying during the colder months, there is nothing better than returning to warmth after a long, re­fres­hing walk by the sea or in the forest. Enjoy life outside
The outdoor areas perfectly com­ple­ment the house, featuring a large outdoor spa, plenty of terrace space, and room for acti­vi­ties. The holiday home is situated on a 5,000 m² natural plot, providing ample space to enjoy outdoor life. There is a ball field where you can play games such as a fun football match. The covered terrace invites you to slow down and relax, while the open terrace offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties to soak up the sun for much of the day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The North Sea and Saltum Beach are just a couple of ki­lo­metres from the holiday home and are well worth a visit. The white sand and blue waves are fa­sci­nat­ing year-round, whether you want to swim or simply enjoy a long walk. Only a few hundred metres away is Jambo Holiday Park, which features Northern Europe’s largest mini golf course and a grocery shop where you can buy bread rolls, the daily newspaper, and other es­sen­ti­als.

Nearby you will also find Fårup Som­mer­land, Denmark’s best and most im­pres­si­ve amusement park, offering plenty of fun and exci­te­ment for the whole family. The park has several good dining options, and you are also welcome to bring your own food and perhaps grill some sausages at one of the de­sig­na­ted barbecue areas.
