On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen are adjacent, forming a spacious communal area that features a wood-burning stove, plenty of seating, and a TV with both DVD and Chro­mecast. There is also a utility room and a bathroom on this floor, plus one bedroom, while two ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Enjoy life outside
The 872 m² plot is enclosed by hedges and fencing, with a gate at the gravel driveway. The lawn is perfect for play and ball games, while the paved terraces offer lovely spots to relax in the sun with a com­fortab­le garden chair.
