Welcome inside
The holiday home was built in 1969 and has since been suc­ces­sful­ly mo­der­ni­sed. As a result, the at­mosp­he­re is warm and inviting—not only thanks to the wood-burning stove in the living room, but also due to the cosy, homely décor featuring com­fortab­le seating, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a large dining table perfect for gathering together. When you are not spending time in the living area, you can relax in the three bedrooms, which together offer sleeping space for up to six guests. The layout also includes two bathrooms, and it is worth noting the smart design: the bathrooms and bedrooms are con­ve­ni­ent­ly po­si­tio­ned at opposite ends of the house, allowing multiple ge­ne­ra­tions or groups of friends to enjoy a com­fortab­le holiday together.

Enjoy life outside
When the sunshine draws you outdoors, it is easy to find the perfect spot to relax. A large wooden terrace wraps around the house, offering many wonderful sunny corners and secluded areas. There is also an outdoor shower for espe­ci­al­ly warm summer days. Younger guests can enjoy swinging and playing in the sandbox, while the entire family can take part in hide-and-seek or garden games on the spacious 2,400 m² natural plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Sko­v­maar­vej is a small, quiet road, and the holiday home plot borders a protected area. In other words, the sur­ro­un­dings are won­der­ful­ly secluded, as evidenced by the area’s rich wildlife. The short distance to Hune makes it easy to shop for holiday meals, and you also have con­ve­ni­ent access to charming at­tra­ctions such as Anne Just’s Garden and the Sculpture Park. Nature lovers will ap­pre­ci­a­te having Blokhus Klit­plan­ta­ge close by, where holiday days can be filled with forest walks and playtime at the nature play­gro­und in Gateway Blokhus. A daily trip to the beach is, of course, also an option, with the North Sea and the beautiful Blokhus beach just a few ki­lo­metres away.
