Welcome Inside

The house has a tra­di­tio­nal layout with a cozy living room open to the kitchen. There are two dining areas, providing plenty of space for the family to gather. The kitchen is equipped with modern con­ve­ni­en­ces such as a dis­hwas­her and microwave, and there’s free Wi-Fi, so bring your laptop or tablet along. The living room also features a lovely wood-burning stove.

The bathroom is char­m­ing­ly furnished and includes a washing machine. There are three com­fortab­le bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, and a third with bunk beds. Outside, there is also a sauna ac­ces­sib­le from the garden. A perfect setup for a family holiday or two couples wanting to enjoy a getaway together – and your four-legged family members are of course welcome.

Enjoy Life Outside

The house sits on a gently sloping natural plot, bordered by tall trees on one side. With a sandbox and swing, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for outdoor play. There are three terraces, including a south-facing covered terrace – ideal if the weather turns less sunny. All terraces come equipped with garden furniture and a grill. One of the terraces can be fenced off, allowing children or dogs to play safely without wandering off.

Get Up Close to the Local At­tra­ctions

Situated in one of the best areas of Saltum, the home offers many acti­vi­ties within easy reach. The sur­ro­un­ding area has numerous marked walking and cycling trails for nature ent­hu­si­asts. Take a trip to nearby Lille Norge, or explore Nols Lake with bi­no­cu­lars. Saltum Beach and the rolling waves of the North Sea are less than a kilometer away, perfect for sandcast­le building and seaside fun. Within a few ki­lo­me­ters, you’ll also find a golf course, cultural center, glassblowing studio, shops, and re­stau­rants. For more thrilling ad­ven­tu­res, Fårup Som­mer­land – often voted Denmark’s best amusement park – is close by, or visit Jambo Holiday Park with its African-themed mini-golf course, sure to delight children and the young at heart.
