Welcome to this inviting holiday home, beau­ti­ful­ly located in Rødhus Klit just a few hundred metres from Rødhus Beach and the North Sea. Adjacent to the house is a large, private sun courtyard, and as an added bonus, you have free access to Blokhus Water Park.

The layout makes excellent use of the square metres, allowing six people to feel perfectly at home here, whether tra­vel­ling with children or adults.

As soon as you step inside, you get an immediate sense of re­laxa­tion and holiday spirit. The house is bright and has been con­ti­nuous­ly mo­der­ni­sed.

In the main living area, where the kitchen and lounge are combined in an open-plan layout, there is generous natural light, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove.

One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom features both a double bed and a bunk bed. In addition, the house includes a loft with two mattres­ses, giving you fle­xi­bi­li­ty in how you arrange the sleeping spaces. From the loft, you can also hear the sound of the sea when the window is open, and children can spend hours playing in the cosy loft corner.

The house also includes a bathroom, modern and fun­ctio­nal in design, with a shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, heated towel rail and un­der­floor heating.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you can step directly out into the west-facing and utterly de­light­ful sun courtyard. Thanks to the sur­ro­un­ding wall, the courtyard is com­ple­te­ly enclosed, offering privacy and often shelter from the wind.

Part of the courtyard is covered, and with a grill, garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol at your disposal, you have eve­ryt­hing you need to relax and enjoy your holiday – not least the soothing sound of the sea, which can be heard from the courtyard.

Last but not least, just a stone’s throw from the house, you will find a large play­gro­und with tram­po­li­nes, a sandbox and a pétanque court.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The sur­ro­un­dings are peaceful, family-friendly and scenic, as you’ll be staying in a quiet holiday-home area in Rødhus Klit. The beau­ti­ful­ly un­du­lat­ing dune landscape stretches around the neig­h­bour­hood, and after just a 500-metre walk along small paths, you’ll reach Rødhus Beach and the North Sea. The beach offers white sand and excellent bathing water, and the area is ideal for walking and running.

If you feel like visiting the popular coastal town of Blokhus – known for its lovely specialty shops, good su­per­mar­kets and cosy cafés and re­stau­rants – it is only 6 km away, reachable even by walking along the beach. Close to Blokhus, you will also find the well-loved amusement park Fårup Som­mer­land.
