Large and lovely holiday home with annex on a secluded plot

Welcome to this beautiful and very well-main­tai­ned holiday home, won­der­ful­ly situated on a secluded plot in Blokhus. Both the plot and the house itself offer plenty of square metres, providing space for eight holiday guests – and you’ll even be spoiled with a spa bath, fireplace, pétanque, sun-drenched terraces, and many other de­light­ful details.

Welcome inside
The holiday home is a modern build of no less than 154 m² – and on top of that, there is a good annex that can serve as sleeping space for two people. Throug­hout the main house, un­der­floor heating has been installed, which means the fireplace in the living room only needs to be lit for extra coziness, when you’re reading a good book on the sofa or have set the table for a delicious dinner in the dining area. The living room is openly connected to a spacious kitchen, from which a door leads into a practical utility room with laundry fa­ci­li­ties. All rooms are bright and well designed – including the three bedrooms, all equipped with com­fortab­le double beds. The holiday home’s master bedroom is luxurious­ly connected to a large bathroom with a spa bath, while the second bathroom is located at the opposite end of the house. If you're in need of en­tertain­ment, that has been taken care of too, as the house is equipped with eve­ryt­hing from darts and table shuf­fle­bo­ard to a Play­Sta­tion and a TV with Chro­mecast.

Enjoy life outside
If the family is in the mood for play, there are swings for the little ones and pétanque for the rest of the group, and the large lawn invites all kinds of garden games and fun acti­vi­ties. If you’re craving sun-soaked re­laxa­tion, the wonderful terrace en­viron­ment sur­ro­un­ding the holiday home is the perfect place – and you can also settle down on the sheltered wooden terrace located by the annex.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Rønliensvej is a lovely place to spend a holiday. The area is green and peaceful, and you’ll find only a short distance to open landsca­pes and the beach if you want to immerse your­sel­ves in nature. Blokhus Beach is not only ideal for walks but also a fantastic place for swimming, playing, and relaxing in the sand. Driving is even permitted, allowing you to enjoy one of Denmark’s most beautiful coastal drives if you continue along Jam­mer­bug­ten toward either Rødhus or Løkken. If you prefer to stay close to the holiday home, Fårup Som­mer­land amusement park and Blokhus town centre are just a few ki­lo­metres away.
