The 200 m² summer house is the perfect choice for those who want to share holiday days with good friends, but also have the op­portu­ni­ty to retreat a little from time to time. Both the ground floor and the first floor are set up as fully equipped living units, so there is a bathroom, kitchen, living area, and sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments both upstairs and down­stairs. The ground floor has three bedrooms, while the first floor offers two bedrooms, providing sleeping space for a total of eight adults and two children. Among other things, the first floor’s bathroom and kitchen are the result of a suc­ces­sful 2023 renova­tion – and you can also look forward to many other great, cozy amenities such as a flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, Xbox, and a wood-burning stove.

Enjoy life outside

Not only children and adults, but also dogs will enjoy the lovely outdoor areas of the summer house. You have a total of 12,050 m² to play and explore, and part of the plot is fenced in, while the sur­ro­un­dings are peaceful and scenic. It’s wonderful to sunbathe on the house’s terraces, enjoy the view from the first-floor covered balcony, and gather for an evening barbecue. For the youngest guests, there is a sandbox and swing, and children of all ages can really run around on the vast lawn.

Rødhusvej 215 is an ideal address for those dreaming of having room for free acti­vi­ties and re­laxa­tion in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings. The sur­ro­un­ding landscape is beautiful and varied, giving you plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to explore forests and dune heaths – and a dip in the North Sea is easy to manage, as Rødhus Beach is less than ten minutes’ drive away. The nearest grocery store is only a couple of ki­lo­me­ters away, and you also have easy access to both Aabybro and Pandrup. The charming seaside town of Blokhus is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit, and for families with children, a trip to Fårup Sum­mer­land is almost a must.
