The layout works very well, with the living room and kitchen in open-plan con­nection, making it easy to enjoy cozy con­ver­sa­tions across the room while one or two people prepare meals and the rest of the group relaxes in the sofa area near the wood-burning stove. The natural light is excellent, and through the large west-facing window you can look directly into the sunny courtyard and further out towards the dunes. The house offers two bedrooms, and even the bathroom is ta­ste­ful­ly designed, ensuring that your morning shower takes place in an inviting setting.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to the holiday home’s enclosed sun courtyard, which is won­der­ful­ly sheltered thanks to the sur­ro­un­ding walls. The courtyard is spacious and sunny, furnished with high-quality garden furniture and sun loungers, allowing you to truly unwind and enjoy the leisurely holiday life. Take your summer lunch outdoors, for example, and look forward to a relaxing afternoon nap in the fresh air. Above the courtyard walls, you can watch the marram grass–covered dunes rise toward the sky, a view that becomes even more beautiful as the sun begins to set and paints the sur­ro­un­dings in shades of orange and pink.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home enjoys an at­tra­cti­ve location within the 200-town, situated right at the end of the road and directly bordering open landscape. From the peaceful area, you can follow paths into the stunning natural sur­ro­un­dings, and it is just a 250-metre walk to Rødhus Beach and the North Sea. A walk along the coastline is beautiful in all kinds of weather, and if you feel tempted to take a dip in the waves, you can af­terwards stretch out on a blanket in the sand—just the way a true beach holiday should be. If you prefer a more active way to enjoy nature, there are excellent op­portu­ni­ties for cycling and hiking, including in Blokhus Klit­plan­ta­ge, which lies a little further north on the way to the seaside town of Blokhus.
