This thatched beauty has been nestled among waving marram grass and soft dunes since 1955, but both inside and out, much has changed since then. Following an extensive mo­der­ni­sa­tion carried out in 2019–2020, you can now look forward to a holiday in a home that radiates comfort and luxury from top to bottom.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout is perfectly designed for six guests – and the lower floor’s bathroom deserves special mention: in addition to a shower, it features a beau­ti­ful­ly designed spa bath and sauna.

The home's social hub is the ground floor, where most of the space is dedicated to a bright and inviting living room with elegant fur­nis­hin­gs, a wood-burning stove and a high-quality open kitchen.

Enjoy life outside
From both the ground floor and the lower level, you have direct access outdoors, where several tiled terraces wrap around the house.

Because the home is tucked away in the dunes, outdoor living takes place in complete privacy – and in shelter from the westerly wind, a rare luxury when staying so close to the North Sea coast.

The view from the east-facing terrace is par­ti­cu­lar­ly stunning, offering a sweeping panorama of the rolling dune landscape – and if you want a sea view, simply climb to the top of the dunes on the home’s enormous private natural plot

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
On the quiet cul-de-sac Rev­lin­ge­vej, you’ll be living pea­ce­ful­ly and un­dis­tur­bed in the very first row of dunes at Saltum Beach. A private path leads you the short distance from the house down to the white sands, where you can run, play and sunbathe before diving into the salty waves of the North Sea.

If you don’t want to spend every sunny hour on the beach, a walk through the protected meltwater valley Lille Norge is highly recom­men­ded, and the Guldagerhøj viewpoint is also well worth the climb.

Families with children will love being so close to Fårup Som­mer­land, and visiting the popular coastal towns of Blokhus and Løkken is a gu­a­ran­te­ed hit for all ages.
